I’m excited to finally begin coaching other singers full-time. I teach what I practice in my own journey toward full-potential singing.
My first concern will be to see that you train at home regularly and with the best exercises done the correct way. We will build your workouts together. You will do them between lessons to build good habits.
In my experience, the fastest way to improve the voice comes from dedicated in-home training using two different types of workouts.
WORKOUT 1 – BREATH ENGINE TRAINING
Most vocal problems are caused by faulty breathing. Always start here. This is now my specialty.
Your posture and breathing workouts are completely silent. You will re-educate, strengthen and coordinate your breathing and posture. It’s fun, low intensity, and easy to learn.
The health benefits to you of this training go beyond the improvements to your singing. This is a new form of anti-aging and longevity training.
I’m an authorized personal trainer of Low Pressure Fitness – Level 1 and have adapted elements of it to better suit singers.

When you attach traditional vocal training exercises to your newly rebuilt breath engine the efficiency of your training improves dramatically.
I’ll teach you the best exercises to improve all aspects of singing the fastest, customized to your level and needs. I’ll watch you train and guide you toward better technique.
We will build your workout plans together as part of your homework. I provide all audio and video that you’ll need to train on your own.
And, yes, of course, we can work on your songs and performance skills during our lessons. I also encourage students to send me audio or video samples that I can study in between lessons.

STRENGTHEN YOUR BREATH ENGINE
I have created a condensed version of the Breathing and Posture Re-Education Training to help new students get started.
I recommend that all students begin with this 4-Lesson package.
In addition to meticulous instruction toward optimal posture and correct breathing, you will be introduced to the exciting world of hypopressive training.
This training is completely silent. It can be done as a separate workout from your regular vocal training, or combined with it into a single workout.
At the end of 30 Days, you will know how to train at home, on your own.
You will learn to design workouts to be as short as five minutes or as long as 40 minutes. It’s up to you. The training is low pressure and low intensity. It’s simple and fun, once you get the hang of it.

Great question! No, not at all. “Hypropressive” means “low pressure”.
This training is both low pressure and low intensity. You can do your homework in the morning in your pajamas without breaking a sweat. You can do it on a 15-minute break at work.
Where intensity is required is in your level of concentration.

It is important that you are free of serious postural-related or breathing-related pain.
It is perfectly okay to have sub-optimal posture and breathing technique. That’s what this training is meant to fix. However, if your problems are very painful, then you must see a doctor or other specialist first.
