I want to be transparent with singers who might want to hire me to help them improve. I share samples of my singing in a few different formats.
I have some recordings from 3 to 5 years ago. I’m now recording new samples. I make videos that compare the old singing to the recent singing. Some videos are by genre,— rock, pop or musical theater and some highlight a single song.
I also post the newer samples by themselves in a different playlist called “Recent Samples of my Singing”.
Please keep in mind that I record these quickly at home and I’m not an audio engineer. I also use much less vocal editing or effects that would normally be used so you can hear my voice more clearly, as it is, warts and all.
Be well,
Joe Naab, Vocal Nebula
I’m going to share with you the worst singing problem I’ve had in my life, and how I solved it, once I decided to take the solution into my own hands. This is a very common problem for male singers.
I’m comparing new samples of my singing with songs I recored 3 to 5 years ago so you can hear the improvement. This is a Youtube playlist.
This is how I now improve my singing voice so quickly. As you add each idea you accelerate your rate of improvement to new heights.
This one exercise, which has dozens of variations, has increased my rate of improvement ten-fold. This is the first of several posts regarding this exercise.
The improvements to my singing from this new form of training have been nothing short of miraculous. I can’t wait to teach others.
